Abstract
⺠The toxicity from a causative residue was calculated as 1.29 MU/g. ⺠Specific bands were observed in the SDS-PAGE patterns below 30.0 kD. ⺠The PCR-RFLP technique could be readily used to identify 6 snapper species. ⺠The poisonous sample was identified as L. bohar by both SDS-PAGE and PCR-RFLP methods.
