Abstract
► We analyzed the presence of emerging Fusarium mycotoxins in Spanish tigernuts. ► Sample extraction was performed with a solid-liquid extraction. ► Mycotoxins analyses were performed with a HPLC coupled to a diode array detector. ► The percentage of contaminate samples with one or more emerging mycotoxins was 21.3. ► Enniatin A1 was the most predominant mycotoxin and Fusaproliferin was not detected.
