Abstract
⺠We analyzed the presence of emerging Fusarium mycotoxins in Spanish tigernuts. ⺠Sample extraction was performed with a solid-liquid extraction. ⺠Mycotoxins analyses were performed with a HPLC coupled to a diode array detector. ⺠The percentage of contaminate samples with one or more emerging mycotoxins was 21.3. ⺠Enniatin A1 was the most predominant mycotoxin and Fusaproliferin was not detected.
