Abstract
												⺠The article provided accurate and fast methods for labeling regulation on juice. ⺠Three different techniques were explored to detect ingredient from 7 fruit species. ⺠Lyophilization-CTAB method was applied for DNA extraction from clarified juice. ⺠30 Commercial juices were examined for fruit ingredient claimed in the label.
