Abstract
⺠We studied food safety control and supplier development practices in foodservices. ⺠A total of 39 foodservices were investigated in Brazil. ⺠Most of foodservices have implemented Good Manufacturing Practice. ⺠Only 9 companies developed their vegetable suppliers.
