Abstract
► High pressure (HP) argon (Ar) treatment was applied to fresh-cut apples. ► Changes in the quality of fresh-cut apples treated by HP Ar were investigated. ► HP Ar treatment improves the quality of fresh-cut apples at cold storage. ► Combing HP Ar with dip is a effective method for preserving fresh-cut apples.
