Abstract
⺠RT-PCR-ELISA for HAV is sensitive and reliable detection technique. ⺠RT-PCR-ELISA for HAV was used to detect artificially contaminated HAV in vegetables. ⺠The sensitivity of RT-PCR-ELISA is 10-100 fold higher than RT-PCR.
