Abstract
⺠Several chemical descriptors were used to differentiate the geographical origin of European beers. ⺠BS-LDA selected Fe, P, K, PO43â and TPC as the most discriminant variables. ⺠SVMs allow 99.3% efficiency in the differentiation between the countries of origin.
