Abstract
⺠Highly sensitive quantifying method for GCg and EGCg have developed. ⺠The method uses a catechin-binding peptide derived from 67-kDa laminin receptor. ⺠The method is capable of quantifying EGCg in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg Lâ1.
