Abstract
⺠This novel method does not require gel electrophoresis or a thermal cycler. ⺠the entire method can be completed within 50 min ⺠The limit of detection is much lower than conventional PCR. ⺠The entire method could be adapted for rapid analysis of food or feed samples.
