Abstract
► The resistance of biofilms formed under different conditions was investigated. ► 50 ppm chlorine was the most effective for biofilms formed under pH 7 and 37 °C. ► Attachment surface didn't show any effect on biofilm resistance. ► Increasing biofilm age led to increased biofilm resistance for certain conditions. ► Temperature and pH increased biofilm resistance for certain ages and sanitizers.
