Abstract
⺠The resistance of biofilms formed under different conditions was investigated. ⺠50 ppm chlorine was the most effective for biofilms formed under pH 7 and 37 °C. ⺠Attachment surface didn't show any effect on biofilm resistance. ⺠Increasing biofilm age led to increased biofilm resistance for certain conditions. ⺠Temperature and pH increased biofilm resistance for certain ages and sanitizers.
