Abstract
⺠E. coli and L. mono. were best attaching pathogens in WPS and BWW, respectively. ⺠BWW was a better media for biofilm formation than WPS. ⺠SSP (0.5%) exposure cleaned pathogens by 3-5 logs. ⺠The most sensitive bacteria for SSP exposure were found to be E. coli O157:H7. ⺠SSP was more effective on cleaning biofilm formed in WPS than in BWW.
