Abstract
⺠We evaluate occurrence of OTA in cereal-based foods marketed in Turkey. ⺠Occurrence of OTA in Tarhana samples were analyzed for the first time. ⺠OTA contamination in the analyzed cereal-derived foods was below the limit set by EU.
