Abstract
⺠Ochratoxigenic fungi and Ochratoxin A from wine and table grapes in Tunisia. ⺠Aspergillus carbonarius unique OTA producing fungi. ⺠High incidence of OTA contaminated grape samples. ⺠The most contaminated grapes coming from the Northern regions with moderate temperatures and high relative humidity. ⺠A. carbonarius and OTA rarely detected in grapes from the region with an arid climate.
