Abstract
⺠Cleaning frequency has no significant impact on aerobic mesophilic counts of refrigerators. ⺠Highest aerobic mesophilic and Bacillus cereus counts when condensation and food traces. ⺠Serve-over counters and domestic refrigerators had similar levels of aerobic mesophilic counts. âºÂ Serve-over counters were less contaminated by Staphylococus aureus and Bacillus cereus than refrigerators.
