Abstract
⺠In situ derivatization DLLME-GC/MS method was developed for biogenic amine analysis. ⺠The method was validated for quantification of 18 biogenic amines in beers. ⺠The method provides good repeatability and high extraction recovery. ⺠Fourteen of the eighteen biogenic amines analyzed were found in most of the beers.
