Abstract
⺠Simple, rapid, inexpensive and effective sample preparation procedure using QuEChERS procedure has been developed. ⺠The developed method excludes the use of a cleanup step, to reduce time and cost. ⺠The developed HPLC-FLD method showed higher levels of accuracy and lower detection limits without prior derivatization.
