Abstract
⺠No CCP at the farm level: control of food safety obtained through GHP. ⺠Different activities in the farm: different GHP guides, each activity specific. ⺠Where more than one activity, cross contaminations between activities can occur. ⺠HACCP principle 1 applicable to identifying cross contaminations. ⺠A complement to guides to GPH is proposed, targeted at cross contaminations.
