Abstract
⺠Spores of Fusarium oxysporum are very resistant to homogenization. ⺠After 1 day, spores could be inactivated by high concentrations Na-benzoate or citrus extract. ⺠It is possible to strengthen the effectiveness of homogenization (120 MPa/1 pass) with antimicrobials.
