Abstract
⺠We apply DGGE to analyze all yeasts to create linkage between yeasts and their origins. ⺠Biological markers of yeast are considered unique biological bar code for each country. ⺠We proposed PCR-DGGE technique as a rapid analytical traceability tool for fruits.
