Abstract
⺠The measured DNA copy number is about a factor of 100 higher when sterilised at 141°C compared to 130°C. ⺠The relative standard deviation of the measured values can be very high (about 50%). ⺠Monte Carlos Simulations showed that this may lead to positively skewed distributions.
