Abstract
⺠We prepared PLA laminated bionanocomposite of agar, carrageenan, and clay. ⺠The laminated film had good mechanical, gas barrier, and thermal stability properties. ⺠The laminated film can be used for environmentally sound packaging material. ⺠The laminated film has a high potential for application in food packaging.
