Abstract
► Passion fruit albedo had higher dietary fiber content than seed and pulp co-products. ► These co-products showed interesting technological properties. ► Seed and pulp co-products had higher antioxidant activity than albedo co-products. ► Seed and pulp co-products showed better antibacterial activity than albedo co-products. ► The passion fruit co-products could be used as an intermediate food ingredient.
