Abstract
⺠Passion fruit albedo had higher dietary fiber content than seed and pulp co-products. ⺠These co-products showed interesting technological properties. ⺠Seed and pulp co-products had higher antioxidant activity than albedo co-products. ⺠Seed and pulp co-products showed better antibacterial activity than albedo co-products. ⺠The passion fruit co-products could be used as an intermediate food ingredient.
