Abstract
► Three polar extracts of Capsicum annuun were analyzed by using HPLC-DAD-ESI-TOF-MS. ► Forty-five compounds were identified belonging mainly to phenolic compounds family. ► Thirty-four of the compounds have been reported in pepper fruit for the first time.
