Abstract
⺠The volatiles of two Lamaiaceae plants were analyzed by HS-SPME and GC-qMS. ⺠Experimental optimization: fibre, incubation temperature and extraction time. ⺠72 volatiles were identified in the M.Ãpiperita L. and M. spicata L. fresh leaves. ⺠Monoterpenes, sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, and oxygenated monoterpenes are the main VOMs. ⺠HS-SPME/GC-qMS allows to differentiate the volatile pattern from Lamiaceae plants.
