Abstract
⺠Fungal spoilage of food is an import issue for the food industry. ⺠Fungal growth and spore formation in vitro is reduced by citrus essential oil vapour. ⺠Citrus essential oil vapour reduces growth of Penicillium and Aspergillus on grain.
