Abstract
⺠We developed a new symbiotic cereal paste. ⺠Cereal paste could be used as a potential cholesterol-lowering ingredient. ⺠Cereal paste could balance microflora in the intestine. ⺠Cereal paste could relieve oxidative stress to improve hypercholesterolemia. ⺠The benefits of cereal pastes are potential novel approaches for cardiovascular and intestinal diseases.
