Abstract
⺠Sometimes food myosystems exhibit iridescence-rainbow colors on a display counter. ⺠This may cause some concerns-although there are no known risks. ⺠This research explains the physical origin of iridescent colors. ⺠The mechanism normally may contribute to light scattering in food myosystems.
