Abstract
⺠Free and esterified triterpene alcohols in bee pollen were identified by GC/MS. ⺠Triterpene alcohol levels of bee pollen from different floral origin were compared. ⺠Bee pollen was found to have considerable amounts of triterpene alcohols. ⺠Triterpene alcohols were dominated in esterified form in the samples.
