Abstract
⺠Structured lipids were produced from Echium plantagineum and Oenothera biennis oils. ⺠Structured lipids based on C18 PUFAs were synthesized using Candida antarctica lipase. ⺠Two routes tested to obtain structured lipids γ-linolenic and stearidonic acids based. ⺠Structured lipids were synthesized, purified, and regiospecifically analyzed.
