Abstract
⺠Fucoxanthin-loaded microspheres composed of solid lipid core and coacervate shell ⺠Solid lipid core made of cetyl palmitate and canola oil ⺠Fish gelatin-gum arabic complex coacervate shell cross-linked by tannic acid ⺠The sustained release performance for fucoxanthin was greatly enhanced. ⺠The storage stability of encapsulated fucoxanthin was considerably prolonged.
