Abstract
⺠Protein rich isolate and hydrolysates were prepared from brewers' spent grain (BSG). ⺠The bioactivity of BSG protein preparations was measured in vitro. ⺠BSG protein preparations do not possess antioxidant potential. ⺠BSG protein preparations show selective immunomodulatory potential, reducing IFN-γ.
