Abstract
► Spine grape is an important wild plant species in South China. ► The phenolic profiles of five cultivars of spine grape wines were assessed. ► In spine grape wines, anthocyanins mainly exist as anthocyanidins in diglucoside form. ► Syringetin-3-glucoside was the characteristic flavonol of red spine grape wines. ► Dihydroquercetin-3-hexoside was the characteristic flavonol of Baiyu wine.
