⺠Fortified rice produced by parboiling can resemble commercial parboiled rice. ⺠Health claims improve consumers' purchase intent of fortified parboiled rice. ⺠Fortified parboiled rice can be mixed either with white or parboiled rice. ⺠Fortified rice is accepted by both white and parboiled rice consuming people.
