Abstract
► An electronic panel test was used to monitor the ageing of a red wine. ► The e-nose was based on resistive MOX sensors. ► The e-tongue was based on voltammetric sensors. ► The color was quantified using an optical system by means of CIE Lab coordinates. ► The electronic panel discriminates between the wine aged by different methods.
