Abstract
⺠A reliable technique to monitor the content of LCFAs had been studied. ⺠We examine the effects of LCFAs in rats serum and liver with a high fat diet. ⺠It used to discern whether a diet has an adverse effect upon normal metabolism. ⺠It provided a basis revealing the relationship between nutrients and metabolism.
