Abstract
⺠An approach for identifying antioxidants from complex mixture was introduced. ⺠DMHF, DDMP and CP were identified as the antioxidants in volatile MRPs. ⺠The antioxidant activity of DMHF, DDMP and CP was confirmed by UV-Vis analysis. ⺠There was existence of complex interaction between each two from DMHF, DDMP and CP.
