Abstract
► Characterization of pomegranate juices obtained in different cleaning and clarification conditions was reported. ► A correlation was found among peels content before pressing, total polyphenols, antioxidant activity. ► Treatment with pectolytic enzymes resulted in a better extraction of polyphenols.
