Abstract
⺠A metabolomic approach was employed to study arabica coffee cultivars. ⺠The cultivars were grown under the same edaphoclimatic conditions in two regions. ⺠20 compounds were identified by negative ESI FT-ICR MS with a mass error <2 ppm. ⺠Compounds related to each cultivar and region were revealed by PCA and PLS-DA. ⺠This methodology can be used for traceability and certification processes.
