Abstract
⺠Resveratrol nanodispersion was prepared by antisolvent precipitation. ⺠The as prepared resveratrol nanodispersion was high light stable. ⺠The as prepared resveratrol nanodispersion was with high dissolution rate. ⺠The nanodispersion showed good antioxidant activity in artificial intestinal juice.
