Abstract
⺠A comparison of antioxidant activity in tomatoes by FRAP, DPPH and ABTS assays. ⺠Solanum pimpinellifolium had six times higher lycopene than commercial tomatoes. ⺠TEAC assay is more appropriate for evaluating lipophilic antioxidant activity in tomatoes.
