Abstract
⺠Chemometrics and NMR were used to classify honeys according to their nectar origin. ⺠PLS-DA showed better efficiency to classify the honeys. âºÂ PCA and HCA allowed discriminating and detecting adulterated honeys. ⺠NMR spectra and loading graphics showed compounds responsible by honeys discrimination.
