Abstract
⺠The time required to reach equilibrium was significantly reduced. ⺠Mould formation was not observed even at higher values of relative humidity (>75%). ⺠Equilibrium moisture content of leaves was higher than stems. ⺠The Oswin model predicted the adsorption isotherms of both leaves and stems.
