Abstract
⺠The nanoplates have a dual character of light scattering. ⺠Theoretical light scattering indicatrices of nanoplates have been developed. ⺠Two-dimensional particles size estimation with the Zetasizer is highly inaccurate. ⺠Optical method of characterization of nanoplates has been developed and validated.
