Abstract
⺠Synthesis of TiO2 nanowires by simple hydrothermal method. ⺠The influence of annealing temperature was investigated. ⺠FESEM showed TiO2 nanowires maintain their structures up to certain temperature. ⺠As-prepared nanowires transformed to anatase structure at 500 °C. ⺠At 900 °C, nanowires transform into rod-shaped rutile structure.
