Abstract
⺠ZnO nanoparticles form cauliflower-like on smooth surface substrate and porous film on PSiN substrate. ⺠Cauliflower-like formation based on nanoparticles chain of ZnO. ⺠Photoluminescence (PL) spectra are based on ZnO produced but different in emission intensity. ⺠Visible emission of PSiN at red spectra was covered by visible spectra of ZnO nanostructures.
