Abstract
⺠Si/MWCNT nanocomposite anodes were produced by high energy mechanical milling method. ⺠Increasing MWCNTs in the nanocomposite leads to create a network like structure. ⺠Typical reflection peaks of silicon and CNT were observed by XRD technique. ⺠Carbon nanotube both increases and protects electronic contact between current collector and active material. ⺠Discharge capacity of Si/MWCNT composite containing 50 wt.% MWCNT found 750 mAh/g even after 30 cycles.
