Abstract
⺠CdS QDs smaller than 6 nm diameter were produced by soft chemistry methods. ⺠MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry technique is applied to QDs for size determination. ⺠MALDI-TOF MS and TEM techniques are complementary tools for nanometrology.
