Abstract
⺠Fe-doped La0.5Sr0.5TiO3 nanopowders are prepared at 220 °C by hydrothermal method. ⺠LRTEM reveals a cubic, plate-like and irregular shape with their size of 48-149 nm. ⺠Undoped sample exhibits diamagnetic, whereas the doped samples are ferromagnetic. ⺠The saturation magnetizations are in the range of 0.00085-0.0166 emu/g.
