Abstract
⺠We originate micro- and nanostructures on large areas with interference lithography. ⺠Templates for large area polarization optical elements are shown. ⺠A Roller-UV-NIL tool for continuous flow production was developed. ⺠Honeycomb textures show extraordinary light management properties for solar cells. ⺠3D Photonic crystals reveal promising properties for novel optical devices.
