Abstract
⺠Single conducting polymer nanowire is fabricated directly on the device platform. ⺠Facile method provids the controlled position, width, and length of nanowire. ⺠Nanowire is electrochemically deposited on the nanopatterned area of electrode. ⺠Polypyrrole nanowire based field effect transistor is successfully established.
